At Gift Fragrances, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (excluding shipping and gift wrap charges).

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds—sale items are final and non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
- Request a Return Authorization – Email our support team to initiate your return.
- Prepare Your Package – Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Return – Use our prepaid return label (if applicable) or send the package to our return address above.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within one billing cycle.
- If you use our prepaid return label (U.S. & U.K. only), a $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages (unless due to an error on our part).
